About This Place

Welcome to Young Dimsum, a delightful new addition to the dining scene in Adelanto, California. Nestled on US-395, this small restaurant has quickly become a local favorite for its enticing selection of dim sum and bubble tea. As a food reviewer, I had the pleasure of sampling some dishes here and I can confidently say that Young Dimsum captures the essence of casual yet delicious dining.

When you step inside, you’ll notice a simple, unpretentious atmosphere that lets the food take center stage. The menu boasts a variety of offerings, from wonton soup that delivers warmth and flavor, to the famously tasty shrimp dumplings that brighten your taste buds with fresh, delightful flavors. Customers like Adan have raved about the helpful staff who are eager to guide you through the menu, making sure you have a fulfilling dining experience.

One of the standout aspects of Young Dimsum is their beverage selection. Whether you’re in the mood for a calming Jasmine Green Tea or a refreshing Milk Tea with flavors ranging from original to honeydew and mango, there is something for everyone. Autumn mentions her love for the boba milk tea, which perfectly complements the savory offerings on the menu. On hot days, patrons like Yesenia have found solace in the cool, refreshing Green Milk Tea, declaring it a perfect antidote to the scorching heat.

While the reviews are generally positive, it’s worth noting that some customers, like Kimberly, have experienced minor disappointments—especially with drinks like the mango smoothie lacking in flavor. However, it is important to remember that with such a broad menu, a few hiccups are only natural, especially in a young establishment still honing its craft.

In a place like Adelanto, Young Dimsum represents a significant step forward in the culinary landscape. Jose put it aptly: while you may not find Michelin-starred dishes here, the heart and soul put into every plate is undeniable. The sweet and spicy sauces that accompany the food are a testament to the flavor profiles that can be explored with every bite.

Overall, I wholeheartedly encourage you to stop by Young Dimsum in Adelanto. It's a place where traditional flavors meet a casual vibe, making it perfect for a light lunch or a casual evening out. Your taste buds will thank you for trying this delightful spot!

The food was good but the mango smoothie I got, not so much. It had hardly any flavor and full of ice pieces, for 6.00 I was very disappointed Atmosphere is basic!!

I see some people complaining on here but it's pretty fire. Remember you are in Adelanto expecting Michelin chef style food. I'm just happy we have a place like this to begin with. Anyways, the food was good and the sweet spicy sauce was delicious. If you are not sure what to order the cashier is happy to help.

Previous reviews are surprising. I've ordered food twice from this establishment, and both times the food was delicious. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in explaining the menu. I had ordered my food to go, and he kindly brought both my drink and soup out to me. Upon receiving my order he directed me toward sauces to pair with my food. The wonton soup was delicious. I intend to return.

I love the boba milk tea here and the shrimp dumplings are delicious! My only feedback is the website and online ordering feature need to be updated to match the actual menu of Young Dim Sum. One example, when placing an online order the chicken buns listed do not include sausage or duck egg as ingredients which was rather inconvenient as my family can’t eat pork. Overall happy to see and support a local business.

Wow!!! it’s 107 degrees here not very common in LA. So we stopped by Dim Sum and got this delicious drink. So refreshing in this 107 degree We super recommend this place. The drink name is Green milk tee!
